Super Monday vs the $109 2k added tourney?

So, wondering which tourney I should play in. The Super Monday is obviously very popular, but has a higher buy in than the $109. The $109 even adds $2k to the prize pool. It seems like more people play the Super Monday on these forums, if I'm not mistaken. So what advantages doe the Super Monday have? More fish? Or is this preconception wrong? Thanks
