Default 5/10 TT capped preflop

Villian is solid winning regular player, but more loose than your normal solid winner. Can ace king even bet this river?? should I just toss em?

I don't know about PokerStars, but there are plenty of tight Party 5/10 players who would fire with AK on all three postflop streets.

I'm not liking the situation, but I would probably call again.

In position in a heads-up pot with a totally nothing board and very little chance of improving, I don't particularly like the idea of calling all the way to the river and not showing the hand down.

I think if we're looking for a fold here, I'd prefer to find it out on the flop by raising and then dropping to further aggression. If we can't be confident that a flop three-bet or a turn check-raise or whatever isn't from a worse hand, than I don't think we can be confident that a river bet isn't from a worse hand either...

So decide this:

Will villain f*** with me a lot here without a pair?

If "yes," just call down.

If "no," try and save yourself the pain and get out of there for 2-3 small bets instead of 2.5 BB.
