Default PartyGaming IPO....

Hi Guys-

As i'm sure most of you are aware, PartyGaming is floating an IPO in 10 days at the London Stock Exchange.

My question: How many of you guys have any interest in investing? The thought seems interesting to me.

Anyone have any thoughts/comments/interest in this subject?

-Todd

The web site partygaming.com clearly states that US and Canadian investors are not permitted.

it'll be tough to get stocks listed only on the London exchange here in the U.S. without ADR's available (investing in Neteller was a similar problem). you'll either have to find a way to set up a brokerage account over in the UK, or try your luck with the OTC/pink sheets.

By US securities standards, you cannot short it for at least 25 days following the IPO.

Why would you short it? It will be opening at 12-13 times earnings. That's a freaking bargain and a half.

brilliant to do this during wsop. bet that will help push the ipo price higher than if they did it at some obscure time.
