3-bet PF? No right? There were other Maniacs on the table and I didn't know what they were going to do.

On the flop, I honestly didn't know what he had, he could have had 23, JJ god knows. But I thought cold-calling all the way with just one overcard was not a bad idea.

Turn, well K, and 2 other players other than him, should I have bet it?

river call was easy.

Well...so after like 2 rounds I get this hand to play on the table...criticize away.

I don't mean to be rude, but I just don't like this. I think your read is way off, and folding the AQs was just a disaster. I would 3bet it here, or at least call and see the flop. Your flush strength plus your high card strength is very, very nice. What could you be afraid of here?

Granted, the "maniac" has some very loose calling requirements preflop, but I don't see him making very many, or any for that matter, mistakes post-flop. Your read on him being a maniac is just not jusified IMO.

As far as the hand in question, there are two over cards to your pocket pair, one paired on the river, and all of the hands I've seen the "maniac" in, he's had a pair at least. Call, but expect to be shown a better hand. That's my opinion. I'd like to know what others think as well, because I'm very far away from being an expert.

Ok, maybe his play postflop was not that bad in these hands, but PF he was crazy.

As far as the AQ hand goes, it comes back to me capped, 3rd hand of the day and you want me to call?

Who cares what hand of the day.
AQs is a wonderful hand, significantly better than some of the hands your opponents will cap with, and due to its s00tedness, capable of dragging huge pots. Does everyone else in the pot have a better hand than AQs?

No. So they are subsidizing you.
