Chinese Take-Out in Vegas

This is a cry for help.

I moved out here from Jersey and have been looking for a place where I can get good take-out. I'm a picky bastard when it comes to Chinese food, and only eat certain dishes, all the Americanized variety you can find in your spots in Jersey and in the City, like Chicken w/Broccoli, Chicken w/ Garlic Sauce, Shrimp w/Garlic Sauce, various Lo Meins and a few other things.

I've especially run into problems out here with the garlic sauce dishes, where it looks like the 5+ places I've gone to all sprinkle what can be best descibed as paprika (someone can say what it really is) all over the f'n dishes and cook them completely different then what I'm used to back east, and they've all tasted like ass.

Where can I find what I'm looking for out here? Anywhere in Vegas/Henderson works.

I'm still feeling my way around this as well. most places have pf chang's rated as best in town, so you know most of the people here don't have an f'n clue
