Explorer window opens after logout?

When I log out from Party lately an explorer window opens. Any idea what this is? How to stop it?

the reason why all you see is a blank window is probably because you have some sort of ad blocking/pop-up blocking software running. if you were to turn that off then you would see the ad for a $200 bonus at starluck casino (i think that's the one).

Yeah...I have the blank window too.

I'll know now to not adjust whatever the setting is.

I hate the explorer pop-up thingee and am glad it's only on party and not on the skins.
Somehow I doubt it will stay that way though.
