You can give up big macs, take up running, but at the end of the day, you'll still be a fat f*ck and women will still find you disgusting. Hope that helps

That movie was rigged. I did the transcription for the movie and Morgan left out so much material that would've made him less credible, and made subtle edits to make his situation much more dramatic. And for the record, his girlfriend looks phenomenal in person.

Skewing the definition of a "month." In actuality he stopped at 28 days. Not the biggest deal in the world but to be technical about it, he lied to millions of viewers. Also, there were several "candid" scenes that were staged, i.e. phone call with girlfriend and interview with girlfriend

when he threw up in the car was that staged? That guy was a nut eating bigmacs 3x a day...

side note..I think i'm going to start the 8 week OCS workout plan.
web page

They said in 8 weeks you will be able to do 17 pull ups, 75 crunches and do a 3 mile run in 22:10 mins.

No.

Another one I remember was the step-o-meter thing (I don't remember if this was in the movie or not). In the footage I transcribed, he admitted that it was inaccurate, as it would add steps while they rode in cabs.

It never even occurred to me that those scenes weren't staged. I've never fallen for this "reality" TV scam.
