To track progress - Pokertracker or ExitOnly's excel spread sheet.
Bankroll - 50-100 times the buy in. (50x sng) Winrate - Shoot for 100% ROI and 20% in the money, although even that might not be sustainable. (30% ROI and 30-40% ITM for sng.) Search - using " " and +'s make it much more functional. (Adding a + before a word makes it mandatory.)
