Default How to get Stars support for a tourney chop?

My 4th time playing the new 180 seat $20 tourney and I'm HU at a break. We discuss a chip count chop (T180k for me and T86k for him) and I email Stars support. ~5-10 minutes go by, no support. Did I miss something? Does it take awhile?

Needless to say I double him up when my A6 gets all in PF ag his KT and he spikes a T. The difference between 1st and 2d is only 360, so at most we're talking like a ~250 difference. I'm only asking b/c it's my first time to get HU where the difference was anything to speak of.

Just agree to a chop, then make sure u both sit out at the table and email support... Donīt forget to mention the tourney name and number. For me it took about 10 minutes before they showed up.

Once you reach a deal, you should both (all) sit out until support arrives.
