Seems fine to me. I guess some could find a a turn or river-raise here as villan will be hard-pressed to reraise w/o a staright or a flush but your line seems ok too. Depends on the lag, really.

I like this.

You can't raise anywhere because you always have outs and you can't fold because you've got a decent made hand.

Maybe you could lead the flop? - but i don't like it. because if you do there is too much chance he will free roll the rest of the heand when you are forced to check to him.

I can't think of any other way to play this.

Postflop is perfect, though did it occur to you to raise for a free showdown on the turn?

What about a pre-flop 3bet?

I like it.

I don't know about a preflop 3-bet. If he was raising in a more obvious stealing position then definitely. But OOP I prefer to just call.
