Is anyone getting Prima hand histories?

I know gaming club are having an issue. I am with RVP as well. Anyone getting them. Anyone know a way of contacting Prima?

You can use the built in "email support" inside the client. And I am very pissed of about this too. They assured me that the problem was sepposed to be fixed LAST WEEK, and In a few day my least recent days are not within the timeframe you can get your hand historys. They did hower say that nothing will be lost, but I don't trust them....

But that just goes to Royal Vegas and not to Prima?

Depends on the site you signed up on ofcource, I'm on expekt. I know expekt atleast forwarded a couple of questions/requests for me to prima. I think all "support" has to go through the site you are signed up on and not prima poker. Since all client relations are from the site and not the "host" of the network.

HH at Prima is a big problem.
I hope they do something about it soon.
Look at any other site. You can go check a hand right after it's played. At prima it's so complicated just to go and check.
