Default Whatever, dude...

Party 1st step, blinds 15/30, 9-handed. Me on button w/ 6c4c and 875-ish, 5 limpers, I limp, sb completes, BB bets 125 from 1185-ish stack. All fold to me. What the....?

So, 325 in pot, 95 to call. I think SB will probably fold.
BB is pretty loose, this could be almost anything down to JTs, and is probably at the low end of the range, or he would have raised less. I think it's pretty marginal, but manage to rationalize a call. FWIW, I probably would have folded to something like a 150-175 pfr. Didn't think my hand was worth a pre-flop push...

Flop is Kh Kc 4s

BB bets 200.

Now what?

I pushed. He called.

Regards

Gar

This hand would be bad enough in a regular tourney but this is in a Step 1, with a flat payout. And you're probably one of the best players in it since you post here, no less.

Hands like this is why I was something like 17 for 36 in those.
