depends on quite a few factors.
How close to home am I? How bad do I have to go? Is the place a [censored] dump? Do they have those paper ring things you put on the toilet? Also, if you absolutely have to go, the answer is either hover, or put down toilet paper around the lid so you have ass to paper contact instead of ass to filth contact.

This probably deserves it's own thread but what if you have mudbutt and you simply cannot wait? Would you rather [censored] yourself?
To answer the OP's question... Yes of course I do. I am not a shameful shitter. When you just got done eating chili cheeze fries from Omars Greasy Spoon and feel that unmistakeable pressure gurgle that lets you know that mudbutt is imminent, you are not going to hold that blast of chocolate goodness in. Generally, decent restraunts, mall department stores, grocery stores like Meijer, etc. are reputable places to grow a tail and break it off. TP on the seat is always paramount no matter how clean the bowl looks. Last thing I need is to get scurvy off of some innocent looking toilet seat. PG
