Why can't I find some independent reviews of this?

Ive done a Search here and on Google and no one seems
to have written aboutu Pay-Pro Cashier System which
Party Poker (and I guess others?) uses as a payment
system.

Personally, I don't find the lack of information
heartening. I mean, Where are they based? Who owns
them? What are the potential implications using them
in the United States?

Can someone steer me towards some info here?
