Fold preflop. Suited one-gappers, yuck. Your position is too early for this, IMO. If it folded to you in the CO, maybe I would make a PFR, but that would be the earliest position that I would make this move.
As played, I think I am calling him here. QQ and Q9 are our main concerns right now. TJ is a possibility, AQ is likely. So if an 8, K, A, or Q come on the turn, we have to be real cautious. If we get a non-heart blank on the turn or a 7 or 9, I would probably lead for 2/3 pot. If we get a heart on the turn, I would c/r all-in. 8 or K, c/c. A or Q, c/f. |
