Default Two poorly played hands, did I fold the best hands?

HAND #1
No read on villian. After 15 hands he was 42/10(PFR)/2.5(AF)

Table was generally tight. Could I have raised more pre-flop? Yes, but it's not that big a deal here. People were folding to 4xBB raise and I was about to leave. Any ways, I thought for a while about raising the turn, but decided to flat call. River smells like villian flopped a set (likely 4's), but does anyone call this? I'm not a fan of going to the felt with KQ or one pair for that matter.

HAND #2
Please no comments on mini-raise. I should have raised at least 4xBB, but didn't. Other comments appreciated.

I think both are pretty clear folds. Your opponents might be bluffing sometimes, but you don't have that much invested and it's just not really worth it to find out.

Hand 1: Fold pre-flop. As you played it, bet more on the flop and I'm inclined to raise the turn, check behind on the river.

Hand 2: Raise more pre-flop, otherwise looks fine.

I fold both of these on the river. Will be better opportunities to get some cash in the middle.

Fold hand 1 pre-flop at this level? Come on. I agree with you about the turn though.

Yeah, I agree. I think I was ahead in hand 2, but it's just no worth it. Thanks for the feedback.

Fold preflop??? Well obviously you don't like money then. KQ is a hand then needs to raised with in 6 max.
Hand 1: You played perfect.. Although I may throw a blocking bet out on turn because you can check call on the river. However, I use that play for alittle higher limits.

Hand 2: I usually lead out with kj the same way I lead out with kq. It really doesn't hurt to make it 1 preflop. I'd think for awhile and fold, say it's not worth the showdown. However, I believe you have the best hand. At this level Donks try to pull all kind of crap on the river.

Sorry about that I didn't see full ring post.. usually play 6 max

I limp and fold to a raise with KQo here. Maybe even fold PF, depending on my feel of the table.

Edit: Just noticed you're UTG+1. I fold this PF.

From UTG+1 I would limp KQo but never raise it. You're not trapping any money to your right, and you run much too great a risk of getting a call behind you, then being caught OOP with second-best hand in a sizable pot.

When SB check/calls the flop and then leads the turn, he's not afraid of the Q on the board, and you're beat. Fold the turn.
