I don't know if it's good or not... but I just want to add that I know a big lecturer (in Sweden) about mnemonics, speed reading and similar stuff. He says Tony Buzan is the best author on those fields.

Nobody's mentioned The Art of Happiness by the Dali Lama, that's very enlightening.
