First day at college
Just friggin awesome
I didn't go to sleep until 3:30AM'ish, having to wake up at 9. That was probably the only suck part of the day. Signed into my room, got the room key, all that fun stuff. Hmm, ice cream social at 8:30? Okay. There is always a certain dorm at a university that's about half decent cool kids and half "interesting" kids. This is my dorm, since it's the honors dorm. It's been a real interesting day, with meeting so many different people coming from all sorts of different backgrounds. Insane. Most of the afternoon I hung out with some people from my HS before my roommate came in (he was rushing, and yeah I'm not) that evening. We managed to get back just in time for the ice cream social, which was gaaaay. Not surprising given the kind of people in the dorm. Kinda "let's get to know everyone", I guess. And then I went back to my room and took a nap before my roommate showed up. We had traded e-mails, and he seemed like a cool guy. Now that he's here, the guy is awesome. Frat guy into religion, always the center of the conversation. He introduced me to a lot of women. Already he has made a nice impression, hah. Only 5 more days until classes start. This rules. Hard.

where do u go to school? i'm guessing the south. i odn't go to school til the 1st, then it starts on the 7th.
