Default Good, Donkey or Super Donkey play

10/20 pp

Villain is loose pre-flop, but straight forward after flop and would not be considered tricky. Hero has $ 3000. Villain has $ 1000.

Hero is in LP with A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Villain is EP.

Action: Villain limps, call, call. Hero makes it
$ 100. All fold to Villain who calls.

Flop Heads up

K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

Villain checks, Hero bets $ 120. Villain Raises to $ 360.

Hero goes all in.....

villain is too pot committed...only way you win this hand is if you already had best hand.

Default Results - Of Course I am not the hero

I am not the hero in this hand.

I figured that he was a super donkey, but just wanted to confirm. I actually folded and he showed the AQ.

Even though I was pot commited, I folded the best hand to his super donkey play. I couldn't see him making a play against a pot commited opponent with any hand I could beat. Maybe one day I will learn how to play this game.

I am the donkey's donkey.

I think I had some type suited connector hand. Maybe I am out thinking myself in these situations, but I tried to capitalize on my straight forward weak tight image.

I could not see how he could even call, much less raise without some real hand especially against an opponent who was going to pot commit himself.

This is one of those spots where he is either a super donkey, or super good to be able to think that I was good enough to try this type of very non-standard bluff.

Or I guess maybe he really wanted to gamble it up and thought that I had some PP hand where he had 6 outs to hit ace or queen.
