Default english way of betting

(I don't know if this belongs under "psychology")
Have anybody else notice that englishmen have different style to bet?
(No Limit MTT)
- if there is a situation which justifies pot size raise, an englishman raises 2xpot
- if there are two or more limpers but no raise, an englishman at the BB raises like crazy and collect bets without flop

Please tell me more about the vampires.

BTW - I think Turkey is a strong contender for having worst players ever and the USA and Britain have the most obnoxious (especially when you get morans of both nationalities on the same table)
