The biggest Issue I see is creating what party calls player liquidity. There doesnt seem to be much of a point in going after the high volume winning players until they have a consistent influx of players.

I think something like an aggressive advertising campaign coupled with something similar to pokerroom's old player points program which essentially made all players feel like they were atleast being paid a small amount to play.

I would also look into combining some limits to increase the amount of table at each level. something like making 400 & 600NL into 500NL and 2/4 & 3/6.

I would target losing but regular players aggressively exclusive deposit bonuses but not offer them to the regular winning players who would have RB available to them.

Either add Noble to the IGM network or add Empire to the netowrk Noble ia on (removing the other from its current network of course.)

Overall recomendation: Don't go into business with a Dikshit.

Offer some huge bonuses.

Make it so the bonuses could be worked off on SNG's.

Buy lots of life insurance for the wife and kids.
