People announcing their hand

I find it upsetting when people say things like "I have A9o" (often before the flop) or say what they mucked while others are still in the hand.

Sure they can be lying, but I believe it does affect everyone's play at the table. It seems to tilt me, no matter how hard I try to discount it.

Comments? Opinions? How do I make it stop? Sometimes I will leave an otehrwise profitable table because I get angry.
