stats suggest a fold but 40 hands ain't much. Is he one to make this raise with only 2 pair or better?

This may be too weak of me, but isn't this an auto muck? What exactly smooth calls the flop, and then raises a turn like that? I think you're looking at a straight, a set, and two pair far more often then you're looking at... one pair or a bluff I guess. I really don't see any decision on the turn.
