What do you guys use to think about when you have lost a big amount of money? I lost so much today, i am still a big winner in poker but somedays it is just terrible, any special things to think about? [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

I know everyone here is joking (or semijoking), but I just get SUPER depressed and question everything I ever thought about poker, life, my career (which is poker), my future...everything. Then oh go to bed and cry and am upset with myself (b/c the only way I lose a LOT of money is highest stakes + tilt, so it's my fault not the cards).
