Book or video?

I am considering buying Mike Caro's tells book. I don't know whether I should buy the book or the video. Are they exactly the same thing. What is a better way to learn?

I most cases I prefer the book but in this one case the video is better.

I've never seen the actual video, but i assume that the free vids off Caro's university of poker covers most of it.
