I would rather watch grass grow than baseball.

I can't think of anything more boring than live poker. When I bust out of an event, I may hang around for a few minutes to watch a buddy who's still in it but can't stand the boredum and am usually out of there.

Now if you could see the hole cards and could get a comfortable seat where you could clearly see the action and could skip all the boring hands, then it's interesting. You know, like televised poker.

Edit. Nevermind, just reread it. You're proposing live broadcasts, ya, i could dig that.

I think you would all find that live WSOP table would be really boring for TV

Yeah...when he said LIVE I was assuming that he meant 'in the audience'.
I didn't think he was referring to 'live complete TV coverage'.

but, if that's the case then I don't understand the question because live coverage of baseball is already available.

If the final-table were on live TV somehow I would probably watch it. After 1 hour I'd probably be yawning.
After 3 hours I'm not sure I'd be hanging around much longer.
After 6-8 hours I'm definitely sure I would be pretty bored.
And if the thing goes 12-15 hours (not uncommon) I would probably have changed the channel to a re-run of the Brady Bunch by then.

if you go to any baseball forum and post this question, you'd have a totally different response.

Baseball. Not even close. The only way I want to be there for the WSOP FT is as a participant.

Especially this year.

Which would you rather watch LIVE:

A live broadcast of a MLB World Series game

OR

A LIVE World Series of Poker Final Table?

I realize this is a biased forum, but I would like to see more live final table broadcasts.

I don't entirely understand the question. I originally thought what you meant by a live final table was like the FullTilt Final Table on TV where there are holecard cams and every hand is hsown as it happens. That would be cool and more interesting than baseball, which I can't stomach to watch.

After rereading I guess you mean to be in the audience at the final table which would be insanely boring. So I would change my vote to baseball.

No. I meant a broadcast of each one.
