Default Which Slightly Overly Aggressive Player loses more (winrate wise)

Say you have someone who is pretty decent but a bit too aggressive preflop and postflop as in always throws in a bet on flop and often on turn if HUs postflop.

Player 1 is a 300/600 player who is playing 6-max
Player 2 is a 15/30-30/60 player who is playing 6-max

Not a question on $ but on winrate to make it fair.

I feel the 15/30-30/60 players will call down more lightly. The aggression maybe a better thing for the 300/600 player.

I'm just feeling it's better to be more aggressive as you move up, not just aggressive all the time at all levels. I think being a little more passive when the aggressor is better at 15/30-30/60 because they will make more bluffs and don't always raise as much as they should with good hands as the 300/600 player is more thinking and will call down with winning hands.

Am I off base?
