Party Points Huh?

So I log into my account today and check my Party Points and saw this.


Points required to move to:
Silver category: 1468168
Gold category: 4968168

Last Updated: 06/28/05


Only 5 million points to get to gold status...yippee and at that time I can get 500 Suede Jackets [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]

Sadly, I came up 2700 points short to get to the gold category. I will be a sure lock within the next 3 months though

That's gotta be a mistake. I only got a little over 20k for June and I'm Gold.

Anyway, WTF cares? I've got a couple suede jackets. Got a few shirts. I don't need any friggin sandels or beach towels. lol I think I'll use all my points up on xmas gifts to people I don't really like that much. What else you gonna do with the kind of junk they're offering?

Are they allowing conversion to $$ full time now? I thought it was only once in a while.

I still consider the free rolls neg EV for me. I make more on average at 30-60, in the same time it would take me to play a free roll.

i'll probably get enough points to get to silver this month as I'll be trying to get into the Porsche freeroll, but until they start giving some of the benefits like Empire does, their point accumulation isn't that big of a deal is it?

i always play the freerolls when i'm drunk. that way i don't have to play with my bankroll... I'd like to say that the alcohol is the reason i've never won anything, but i've never moneyed in an MTT sober either. *sigh* if only I were good at NL.

I've been hesitant to use any of my points. What if Party one day decides to start offering some real prizes -- (B&M) tournament entries, non-logo merchandise, Neteller-type drawings, etc.? A lot of people are going to be ticked that they wasted all of their points on 100 beanies. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
