Quick, common question re. KQo preflop

You have KQo in, say, the CO.

UTG raises preflop, and it's folded around to you...

What's your "standard" play? (assuming no predominant reads).

Fold, eh? I was thinking it would be a debate between raising and calling.

Does anything change if you have the button?
