I have also had to reformat my computer a few times and each time Pat sends me a new code quickly. Awesome customer service. What I was wondering is, is there any way to save all your stats so you don't have to lose all your info? Like a way save all the data, reformat, and then put it back onto pokertracker? Thanks.
