You haven't seen any aggression after your flop raise.

I haven't looked at the results (please don't include them in future messages), but to me it looks like BB has a good Q ( his flop bet) but nothing better as he just calls and checks on the turn and river. UTG+2 could have a variety of holdings as he raised preflop but has been passive postflop. You're ahead of about everyone of them exept KK. I think you have an easy river bet.

Overpair; nobody has challenged your aggression; typical players who hit the flush wouldn't chance a c/r they'd bet out; and you holding the A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] even more so makes a c/r unlikely.

There's gotta be a fifth reason I aint coming up with, but those are a start.

Well I pretty much had their hands down before I looked at the results (and in an effort to get better discussions going, dont include them next time)

You were obviously up against an underpair from UTG2, BB hit a queen on the flop -- you'd know if it was two pair or a flush draw as on the flop he'd be likely to raise and for sure bet the river. UTG2 is staying with u the whole hand just calling u down to make sure hes not folding to overcards. Either that or his fold button has gone bust.

So yes, bet that river everytime (everytime the action goes as thus anyway)

I dont think a checkthrough is horrible... leading river is probably best, but only if you have the discipline to fold to a raise, which will be KQ, a flush, or a set almost every time

By checking and calling worse hands get checked behind and better hands get bet. lose/lose situation. The A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] in hero's hand makes the bet that much easier (maybe that doesn't matter). Good night.
