Have they recently changed any of their bonus requirments. Every month I struggle with this bonus.

This month -- they sent me an email saying my 25 GBP bonus is available (but they only give around 20 GBP most months), so I went to log into my account, and the bonus is not there when I "buy chips".

Last month I lost the bonus almost instantly and haven't played since then, so the only thing I can think of is that it changed so I need to finish last month's turn requirment before I can start working on this bonus. Does anyone know if this is the case or if they are just messing up as usual?
