3 and rebuys on stars Paying 20 percent tonight????

I know they have the experimental awards tourneys but now the rebuys??? I didnt see this in the 5 or highe rebuys today, but was told by someone in the chat box that stars is switching to 20 percent payouts on all rebuys starting next week. Any truth to this?
