Default Bugsy\'s Club graphics hacks?

Has anyone hacked the graphics to simplify the Bugsy's Club interface? I know where the files are and can do it myself, but it would be nice if someone has already done the work.

They really need an upgrade to the interface, the windows are like 1024x768. Just replacing the image files isn't enough.

I don't mind the size of the mini-table (must be about 800x500 judging by the resolution of my monitor). I just want more legibility (cards, chips, nameplates) and greater abstraction (minimal background).

I plan on mostly playing tournaments there. The structures are some of the best on the net.
