The site states that the bonus must be cleared by midnight EST on Feb 8, regardless of the time of deposit.

I just deposited at about 12:05 EST and no bonus. Sent e-mail.

Just got off the phone with them. Said computer was having difficulties and would get back to me in 24 hours. She couldn't answer whether or not this would extend the amount of time we would get to clear the bonus.
