Party system time (simple question)

Hey all,

I've just moved halfway around the world and therefore into a different timezone [northeast US to New Zealand]. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone knew whether the various time limits (ie, when a bonus needs to be cleared) that party might give me refer to the time zone my account is registered in (EST / GMT-5) or my PC / IPS system time (GMT+12)?

US Eastern time is what party uses for everything.
