Transferring to Neteller with different name

I've got a couple questions about Neteller...


First, it mentions that I will receive a call after my first deposit....Does this also mean that I will receive a call after my first time receiving money? Say I want to send money from Pacific to Neteller, will neteller have to verify my account by calling me or will they not?

Second, Say my Pacific Poker account is under the name John Smith, and I signed up to Neteller with the name Justin Smith...If I transfer funds from Pacific to Neteller, will a red flag come up? Am I allowed to transfer it wherever I want, or will they want the names to match?
