Default vegas: snowboarding

what are the closest decent places to snowboard near vegas?

i don't mean las vegas ski resort, or whatever it's called. that place clearly sucks.

i'm thinking within 3-4 hour drive.

Mount Charleston is less than an hour away, but it does suck. It sucks so bad it's dangerous, and I won't snowboard there. The next best/closest place is probably Brian Head, which is actually pretty good.
