It wasn't boring. This is just a tough crowd. Chau Giang has a very interesting story of rising from a dishwasher in Colorado Springs to playing in the big game for millions.
It must be hard for him to get motivated to play in a $1,500 tourney against thousands for a shot at what? 500K? When he can win more than that in the cash games going on. The Professor, The Banker and The Suicide King book says that he plays tourneys because his son wondered why his dad said he was a pro poker player, even though he was never on t.v.
