Party TLB + Party \"rakeback\" offers

I know this is better suited for the zoo, but this place knows me better.

When do we get payed for the TLB, and when do we get payed for the "rakeback" that party gave us for earning "regular" party point?

For October, I got my Party Pts bonus on Nov 4 and my TLB bonus on Nov 10.
