Default Go figure

Who'd have thought that pretend money could have a value.

The bid is up to one-eighty and change. is there any value whatsoever (trade em in for hats or something) to these chips?

People want the play money chips for their hobby- play money poker. It's like buying a fiction novel. You pay for expecting to lose money but get enjoyment from the product.

but don't you get play money chips for free? is it that you can't replenish them when you're at the felt? does the site give out a limited supply of play money chips per account?

Most sites let you replenish your ships each day if you bust out. They'll give you another buy-in of about $10,000 or something. This guy on ebay is selling $20,000,000 play chips. If somebody buys that amount, they'll be able to have more fun by playing in the biggest play money no-limit games on the site.

I'm not positive, but I think that you can win the high-hand jackpots at UB (or a small fraction of them anyway) at play money tables.

Absolutely brilliant! Thanks!

Looks like it's time to convert my fictional currency holdings into nonexistent gold bullion...
