Can I use a Tivo with my PCI TV Tuner card?

Just what the topic asks. I also want to buy a slingbox and not sure how that would be integrated with this, but that's a totally other question I think.

I have a Avermedia UltraTV PCI 350 if that is important.

There should be no reason at all why it woudl not work. Your TV Tuner card accepts a Coaxial cable for antenna or other feed (like cable or dish). You plug your tivo into this. It works just like the input on a TV.
