I know about half of U.S. states allow first-cousing marriage; in Googling the topic I came across this
dandy article in the Washington Post (these folks are in Pennsylvania, btw, not Arkansas): ..."When she tunes in to shows that have what he calls "that sappy stuff" -- "Friends," say, or "Little House on the Prairie" -- he exits to head to another television. He gushes at the thought of walking into Red Lobster and picking out the plumpest one in the tank. "Eck," she said. And don't ask her about eating groundhog. "It smells like a pork chop frying. I only have 1 first cousin, she is 14, and I'm sure she'll be mega hot in a few years, but I would say No, without a doubt.
On the other hand, I have several smoking hot second cousins, and I would definatly considet it, especially with ones I see like once every 5 years.

None of you wanted to have sex with your older cousinswhen you were like 13? That aside, cousin is where I draw the line - I would not have sex with them. Second cousin, no question.
Also a lot has to be said for the nature of your relationship. If I bang some hot chick I never met then find out she's a cousin the next day, I may be wierded out a little bit at first but I would forget about it the next day.
