What country's flag is flown Blue Side up during peace time and Red Side up during war time(this is the only country in the world who changes their flag for peace and war time)

[/ QUOTE ]

I declare shenanigans on that. Japan has red rays coming out of the red sun on its flag during wartime, but just a red sun during peacetime.

[/ QUOTE ]

Wrong.

The flag with the rays is the symbol of the Japanese Navy, not the country itself.

What is the only city in the world(of course it happens to be in the US) where a boat can sail, under a train driving, underneath a car driving, underneath a plane flying(I think I worded that one right)?

*Boston. The Boston University Bridge. This quiz is a little on the outdated side, so there may be another city or two by now

[/ QUOTE ]

In NYC the Manhattan Bridge, Williamsburg Bridge and Broadway Bridge all have vehicle and train traffic.
