Default Paradise poker

I am having a difficult time with Paradise Poker. My problem for some reason is not being read right by E-Mails to customer service. I wondering if anyone has a number they used to contact the site instead of E-Mails.

That's understandable. Their software might be the worst in the industry.

From what I've read, they adamantly refuse to have phone support, probably because they would actually have to hire someone who not only understands individual English words, but also what they mean when spoken in a certain order.

i think there's competition for who has the worst support - here's the latest in ongoing e-mails with party, just received - but at least they don't realise how bad they are so i guess innocence is bliss:

"dear xxx

thank you

i know you do not offer rakeback - it's your affiliates that offer it, and i'm trying to keep him with you instead of going to an affiliate

however i am glad to hear that you will offer him a special 20% bonus on his next deposit - thank you for listening to my request in these special circumstances - i know that the forums say that yours is the worst support in the online poker industry but i have always found if i write the same thing only five or six times then someone usually reads it properly and gives the help requested

love

t"

LOL. How would YOU answer someone whose whole point seems to be a very sarcastic "you suck"?

"Yeah, you're right. ISSCKM"?

IME, Party's support is actually VERY good, compared to Paradise or Empire (home of the e-mail black hole) or Pokerroom, and I've seen plenty of forum posts to support that. They're no PokerStars, but who is?

sportingbet is a like a slum lord -they bought out Paradise over a year ago. When that happened all product development and just even maintaining a functional legacy version came to a halt.

Sportingbet has ruined Paradise.

I play there still almost everyday because the action is excellent in their LHE and NLHE games...

currently the issues that plague Paradise have been ongoing for the last half year they include:

-general high latency/lag in Room
-Lobby that is atrocious:
tables are constantly dissappearing from the Lobby. This can go on for as long as an hour but other times it's only sporadic. Of late it happens constantly. You cant find the table/s you are playing at in the Lobby to check the state of the game(ie Avg.Pot Size ,%seeing flop-If you dont table-hop this isnt an issue but many players do and I tend to play among 3-4 sites on any night)

-waitlists that dont take your name (why ? becuase they cant find that table that just dissappeared from the Lobby)-so mindlessly dumb and this effects all players.

Paradise always had excellent customer service. now their cs is mediocre. I have sent many emails to them on this and management doesnt want to even recognize the current software problems-these arent flaws or little issues either ..this is central to running a room -having working waitlists and a Lobby where you find your set of games with stats you can see ...to help you get a feel for the game/s you are in.

-hand histories are fine usually at off peak times ie 5am est-5pm after that it's a crapshoot your emails can be 5 minutes late or 5 hours late. Worst time is evenings -often hand histories are 2-3 hours backed up.

Paradise should have hh's saved on your hard drive like all the better rooms.

What sportingBet has done to this room is atrocious. They have stopped all product development from the first day they bought Paradise.
Fvck you SportingBet -fix this gosh darn software...
so negligent. SportingBet's management has sshit all over Paradise--just as long as the revenues come in thats all they care about...shortsighted fvckers.

SportingBet time to reinvest some of those profits back into Paradise you cheap humps.

There sportsbook was never that good either. Vanilla lines, slow pay, and some shady things as well.

not surprised to hear that..management seems totally brain dead. Alot of complacency among some of these big rooms. SBT.L the stock has helped up pretty well.

What the whole post was about really is they owe me $4000.00 and will not pay. They said they sent the money to firepay and firepay says they didnt. I cant get an answer from either. I think its the worst sight I have ever delt with. Thnx for all your help.

I think that if you send that e-mail about 4 or 5 more times, they might get the sarcasm.
