I've thought about this hand some more and it's an easy raise. We're good too often to give it up, later streets will be easy to play because all the scare cards are obvious, and we have a big backdoor draw.

how often will our hero win this pot vs 8 ppl? this flop clearly connects with many hands... there are so many cards that will fall and beat us. i think this is an example of waiting until the turn to make a decision. call the bet. hopefully u can raise the turn when a club or brick falls. without the backdoor i might even fold. (im sure i will get flamed for this post)

Flame? Why? Your plan is pretty much my plan too.

This is a fold for the exact same reasons this digest hand is a fold.

Absolutely not. A pair of Aces on a drawy board is much better than a pair of Tens.

In fact, The Wheel, it would seem that you're in the boat with a bunch of us. Don't be too worried about getting flamed.

Take this well-received idea as an encouragement for future posts of similar quality.

This is an obvious fold you have no reads in a multi pot with a poor hand you may allready be drawing dead to a made straight witha KT or against a flush draw and a straight draw if the pot was bigger i would just call to see a turn but it seems your behind in the hand and just get out. Also raising this pot would just build it letting the chasers have odds so its a fold/call scenario to me.

[/ QUOTE ]

It's impossible for the hero to be drawing dead.

for the odds he is he needs to runners to make his hand flush or an ace then a 3 or the board to pair to make a boat. just let the A3 go the pot aint worth it. so thats a total of what 3 remaining 3's minus the three of diamonds thats 2 outs the runner runner flush draw counts as 1.5 outs then 2 of the remaining aces which still might not win him the pot a total of about 5.5 outs sorry he isnt drawing dead your right but i wouldnt stick around for 5.5 outs.

Raise! Bettor could be betting a lot of stuff (QT, JT, 2 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]s). You may have the best hand. You may even knock out AX's that beat you. And you got that great backdoor draw also, which should cash in on if you're beat .

I think too often folding AX when you got top pair is a mistake that will cost you.

Where do u get this 6% from?
It is much less if I'm not completely wrong.

U sure u don't mix it up with the 6% that is the chance
to get exactly 3 more cards of your suit at the river when u r
suited before the flop.
