Optimal time to play?

I was curious which times people would play if they had no restrictions on their time except an internal clock that wouldn't allow them to play more than 40 hours a week. And for the purposes of simplicity presume that *I* am talking four tabling Party or a skin for $55 NLHE SnGs but feel free to comment on different buy ins.

I have found (to no surprise) that the games are most beatable starting Friday night about 7EST and continuing pretty steadily through the weekend. Simillarly the games seem to loosen up a bit most weeknights about the same time and continue through until about 2AM EST. I am curious what other posters think on the issue.
