How long do these usually run?

The Act 1s go pretty fast since top 3 pay the same - 30-45m. The Act 2 are around an hour.

Do the top three even bother finishing?

I thought just the top two move on. Am I wrong?

Cool, thanks. I was figuring they'd be a good bit longer than an online SNG (and I've had some of those drag on when 1st gets the prize, 2nd gets to try again and nobody else gets anything).

Looks like I'm going to be there Saturday from sometime mid-afternoonish until we just can't play any more. I'll probably take a stab at the Acts.

For the WPT event only the top 2 move on from both the Act I and Act II. It was their NEPC Acts that had top 3 moving on.

I know this all too well as I have bubbled out of a couple Act I's and more than a couple Act II's.

Meanwhile winners of several Act III's include, I believe, Sully from Godsmack. Sweet.

You're right. He's thinking of last year's format. This year 2 from the Act I go to the Act II and two from the Act II go to the Act III.

I've played in a lot of them, and no way they finish in an hour. More like one and a half to two.
