3bet preflop/check-fold flop
Button is 51/4/0.8 but is tilting and playing way more aggressively than his stats suggest. He's feltward bound. UTG is a passive donk, BB is solid (26/18/2.1).
I have been 3 & 4 tabling limit omaha 8/b lately, so my holdem is pretty rusty. Is this standard or chicken? Party Poker 5/10 Hold'em (6 max, 4 handed) converter Preflop: Hero is SB with 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. Re: 3bet preflop/check-fold flop
If BB is so solid, why is he calling two and not capping? What do you put him on? KQs, KJs, Axs? PP?
I think you have to bet anyway. Call a raise by anyone except maybe BB. Fold turn UI. |

Re: 3bet preflop/check-fold flop
You don't have enough fold equity to bet. You don't have enough outs to call.

He was the PF 3-bettor. It only has to fold everyone out 1 time in 12 to be profitable.

You have a lot of people that CCed 2 bets pre-flop, a relatively coordinated 2 suit board and high cards out there. I think against showdown minded 5/10 players, its a good check/fold. |
