Hand History Configuration

What are good settings for the hand history configuration? By the way, I play sng's at party poker while 4 tabling. I have the sng tracker and I am wondering what settings I should use in the hand history configuartion so that the hand histories stay on my computer long enough to put them into the sng tracker, but not so long that they are taking up unnecessary space on my computer.
